Help Flip That House, LLC. (“HFTH”) is a unique wholesaler who puts properties, primarily in Los Angeles County, under contract to purchase for Southern California quick “flippers” and longer term “buy and hold” investors. Being involved in over 150 local wholesale investment property flips ourselves gives us the understanding of what’s a deal and what’s not a deal. HFTH does their due-diligence before the investor ever gets a call or email on the wholesale deal. Once a property has been identified as a wholesale buy and put under contract, HFTH contacts only one investor at a time for that deal, no mass email blast!
